Tripbod - I'm your friend at the other end!

The new Tripbod site went live yesterday - I'm offering accessible Cumbrian services including wedding planning!  Click here for more info.

About me
I am a wheelchair user, provider of travel information to disabled people and travel blogger. I am passionate about promoting accessible tourism to disabled people, and showing people that have perhaps lost confidence because of their disability that travel can be made easier with the right information.

Why I love my local area
Kendal is an old market town situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the country - the English Lake District. I have lived in Kendal all my life, and love the local produce - from food to specialist shops. Kendal might seem and unlikely place for good accessibility, with it's cobbles and historical buildings - but with good planning and a little imagination, it is possible!
